McLean, VA – May 1, 2018 – DGC International (DGCI) is proud to welcome Wade Owens to our team in Vienna, VA. As the Executive Director of Mission Support, Mr. Owens will work to build DGCI’s capabilities in training, advisory support, technology, and intelligence.

Mr. Owens has more than 25 years of experience as a Special Forces Officer, with assignments ranging from Commander of a Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha to Deputy Commander of International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Special Operations Task Force. His final military assignment was as the Chief of Staff, US Army 1st Special Forces Command. In previous civilian assignments, he was responsible for program management, as well as, business development and capture activities that generated significant corporate growth.

Mr. Owens holds Master’s Degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies, from the Naval College of Command and Staff and the Army War College.
